HURRAH for spring!
while all you crazy people are slugging through the snow, it's
springtime here! we bought bird-feeders in november, planted our garden
in december, potted our "christmas palm" in january, tried out some pebble mason jar lettuce in february (struggling a little, probably because I try to pull them out by their roots), and got a healthy dose of spring rain last week at the beginning of march. see, isn't it pretty?
now if I can only get mom to let me outside, i just love dirt...great for throwing and eating. but alas, I am stuck in side watching for hummingbirds (too fast) and waiting for the plants to grow (too slow).
